Friday night services began to have a different sound on Feb. 27 as Rabbi Mark and Cantor Linda began to collaborate on a blend of innovation and tradition. Our potluck Friday night – held on the last Friday of every month -- is now Shabbat Simcha, as we learn new melodies and elevate ourselves in simcha (joy) and song.
Also, each month Rabbi Mark and Cantor Linda will offer an erev Shabbat service based on the holiday of the month, or on a Jewish value!
