School staff

Jennie Dahl is the principal of the B'nai Emunah's Shabbat Shalom School. Jennie and her family are long-time members of B'nai Emunah, and Jennie has taught at B'nai Emunah and other religious schools for more than ten years. In addition to her extensive experience as a Jewish educator, Jennie also holds a teaching credential from San Francisco State University and works as a classroom aide in a local public school.

Jennie is assisted by Anna Whitlatch, a graduate of the B'nai Emunah Shabbat Shalom School. Anna is a college student, studying early childhood education, and an accomplished artist.

The Hebrew class is taught by Sima Krames, a native speaker of Hebrew and an experienced Jewish educator. A native of Baghdad, Sima was raised in Israel and lived there for many years.

The Confirmation class is taught by Sharon Bleviss, president of Congregation B'nai Emunah, who is also a credentialed high school teacher.
